چکیده

تحقیق حاضر باهدف تحلیل عوامل مؤثر بر بهبود کیفیت نهادی صنعت ورزش ایران مبتنی بر رویکرد توسعه اقتصادی انجام گرفت. روش تحقیق حاضر از منظر رویکرد از نوع آمیخته بود. جامعه آماری بخش کیفی شامل متخصصان امر بودند که دارای شاخص های علمی، پژوهشی و اجرایی بودند. به‌منظور انتخاب نمونه‌های تحقیق، از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند همگن استفاده گردید. نمونه‌گیری تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت و درنهایت تعداد 13 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه بخش کیفی انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در بخش کیفی شامل مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته بود و به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها در بخش کیفی از کدگذاری به روش گلیزر استفاده گردید. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل اعضای هیئت‌علمی، مدیران ارشد سازمان‌های ورزشی شامل مدیران ارشد وزارت ورزش و جوانان و همچنین روسا فدراسیون‌های ورزشی بود که در حوزه اقتصاد در ورزش اشراف کامل داشتند که بر اساس برآوردهای انجام‌شده تعداد آنان حدود ۱۶۰ نفر مشخص گردید که برحسب انتخاب تصادفی و با توجه به جدول حجم نمونه مورگان تعداد ۱۱۳ نفر عنوان نمونه تحقیق مشخص شد. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها در بخش کمی شامل پرسشنامه محقق ساخته می باشد. به‌منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. کلیه روند تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌های تحقیق حاضر در نرم‌افزارهای SPSS، PLS و MAXQDA انجام شد. نتایج تحقیق حاضر نشان داد که تعداد 37 کد به‌عنوان عوامل مؤثر مشخص گردید. عوامل متنوع شناسایی شده بازگو کننده این مهم است که لزوم فعالیت های جامع در جهت پوشش تمامی عوامل شناسایی شده می تواند کمبودهای موجود در این خصوص را رفع نماید.

چکیده [English]

The current research was conducted with the aim of identifying the effective factors on improving the institutional quality of Iranian sports in the path of achieving economic development. The current research method was mixed. The statistical sample of the qualitative part included specialists who are knowledgeable about the research topic. In order to identify these samples, the purposeful sampling method was used. This sampling continued until theoretical saturation was reached and finally 13 people were identified as samples in the qualitative section. Also, the statistical population of the present research in the quantitative part included academic staff members, senior managers of sports organizations, including senior managers of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, as well as the heads of sports federations, who were experts in the field of economics in sports, and according to the estimates, their number was about 160 people were identified, and according to random selection and according to Morgan's sample size table, the number of 113 people was determined as the research sample. The data collection tool in this research includes a semi-structured questionnaire and a researcher-made questionnaire. In order to analyze the data of this research, coding and structural equation test were used. All data analysis process of this research was done in SPSS, PLS and Maxqda software. The results of this research showed that 37 codes were identified as effective factors. The results showed that the factors affecting the improvement of the institutional quality of Iran's sports in the path of achieving economic.
