چکیده

امروزه بر کسی پوشیده نیست که موفقیت آینده فوتبال ایران در گروه توجه به رده های سنی پایه است. هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، ارائه مدل محیط رشد استعداد فوتبال پایه ایران بود. در این پژوهش، روش نظریه داده بنیاد گلیزری به کار گرفته شد. جامعه آماری این مطالعه شامل مدیران آکادمی های مطرح فوتبال ایران، مدرسین فوتبال و متخصصین صاحب نظر در زمینه فوتبال پایه ایران بودند. روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و تکنیک نمونه گیری گلوله برفی که پس از مصاحبه شانزدهم داده ها به اشباع نظری رسید. ابزار پژوهش مصاحبه های نیمه ساختار یافته و استفاده از نظر خبرگان این حوزه بود. پس از استخراج داده ها، کد گذاری اولیه صورت گرفت. مفهوم ها و مولفه های محیط رشد استعداد (67 مفهوم کلیدی, 18 مقوله فرعی و 6 مقوله اصلی) از مصاحبه ها مشخص و در قالب مدل مفهومی داده بنیاد تدوین شد. نتایج نشان داد که مولفه های فدراسیون شامل (برنامه راهبردی توسعه فوتبال ایران, نظام هماهنگ متد تمرینی, آموزش, فلسفه فوتبال ایرانی)؛ باشگاه ها شامل (رویکردهای استعدادیابی, مجوز حرفه ای)؛ آموزش و پرورش شامل (ساعات درس تربیت بدنی, مسابقات آموزشگاهی)؛ مسائل فرهنگی شامل (فرهنگ جامعه, بینش خانواده, نتیجه گرایی)؛ منابع انسانی (سوء مدیریت, نظارت و ارزیابی، شایسته سالاری، فساد در فوتبال)؛ زیرساخت های محیطی شامل (زیرساخت, فوتبال خیابانی, تکنولوژی و ارتباطات) می باشد. این نتایج در قالب مدل داده بنیاد برای استفاده فدراسیون فوتبال، باشگاه ها و آکادمی ها ارائه شده است.

چکیده [English]

Nowadays, it is not a secret that the future success of Iranian football in the group of attention to the basic age groups. The purpose of the current research was to provide a model of the environment for the growth of Iranian basic football talent. In this research, the data theory method of Glaseri Foundation was used. The statistical population of this study included managers of prominent football academies in the country, football instructors and experts in the field of basic football in the country. Purposive sampling method and snowball sampling technique that reached theoretical saturation after the 16th interview. The research tool was semi-structured interviews and using the opinions of experts in this field. After extracting the data, initial coding was done. The concepts and components of the talent development environment (67 key concepts, 18 sub-categories and 6 main categories) were determined from the interviews and compiled in the form of the foundation's data conceptual model. The results showed that the components of the federation include (strategic program for the development of Iranian football, coordinated training method system, training, philosophy of Iranian football); Clubs include (approaches to find talent, professional license); Education includes (physical education lessons, school competitions); including cultural issues (society culture, family vision, result orientation); Human resources (mismanagement, monitoring and evaluation, meritocracy, corruption in football); Environmental infrastructure includes (infrastructure, street football, technology and communication). These results are presented in the form of a foundation data model for use by football federations, clubs and academies.
