چکیده

تحقیق حاضر باهدف شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر توسعه قطبی‌سازی در ورزش قهرمانی ایران انجام گرفت. روش تحقیق حاضر آمیخته از نوع گرانند تئوری و استفاده از مدل گلیزر بود. جامعه آماری بخش کیفی شامل مدیران و مربیان فعال در حوزه ورزش قهرمانی و اساتید آگاه به موضوع تحقیق بودند. با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری تعداد ۱۳ نفر به‌عنوان مشارکت‌کننده در بخش کیفی مشخص گردیدند. همچنین جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر در بخش کمی شامل روسا، نائب رئیسان و دبیران فدراسیون‌های ورزشی کشور ایران به تعداد 159 نفر بود که با توجه به جدول مورگان تعداد 113 نفر به عنوان نمونه تحقیق مشخص شدند. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها در تحقیق حاضر شامل پرسشنامه نیمه ساختاریافته در بخش کیفی و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته در بخش کمی بود. به‌منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌های تحقیق حاضر از کدگذاری و همچنین آزمون معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. کلیه روند تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌های تحقیق حاضر در نرم‌افزارهای SPSS، PLS و Maxqda انجام شد. پس از بررسی مصاحبه های بخش کیفی تعداد 32 کد شناسایی گردید. نتایج همچنین نشان داد که عوامل مؤثر بر توسعه قطبی‌سازی در ورزش قهرمانی ایران شامل 6 عامل ازجمله آمایش سرزمین، کشف ارزش‌ها، توزیع منابع، تخصص گرایی، برنامه محلی و زیرساخت‌های فنی می‌باشد. عوامل شناسایی شده بازگو کننده این مهم است که برنامه ریزی جامع و تجه به تمامی ابعاد در جهت توسعه قطبی‌سازی در ورزش قهرمانی ایران ضروری است.

چکیده [English]

The present study was conducted with the aim of identifying the factors affecting the development of polarization in Iranian championship sports. The present research method was a mixed type of Grand Theory and the use of the Glaser model. The statistical population of the qualitative section included managers and coaches active in the field of championship sports and professors aware of the research topic. Using the purposive sampling method and reaching theoretical saturation, 13 people were identified as participants in the qualitative section. Also, the statistical population of the present study in the quantitative section included 159 heads, vice heads and secretaries of sports federations in Iran, of which 113 people were identified as the research sample according to the Morgan table. The data collection tool in the present study included a semi-structured questionnaire in the qualitative section and a researcher-made questionnaire in the quantitative section. In order to analyze the data of the present study, coding and structural equation testing were used. The entire process of analyzing the data of the present study was carried out in SPSS, PLS and Maxqda software. After reviewing the qualitative interviews, 32 codes were identified. The results also showed that the factors affecting the development of polarization in Iranian championship sports include 6 factors, including land planning, value discovery, resource distribution, specialization, local program, and technical infrastructure. The identified factors reflect the importance of comprehensive planning and focusing on all dimensions in order to develop polarization in Iranian championship sports.
