چکیده

در این پژوهش به طراحی پارادایم کیفی عوامل سیاست ورزشی و ذینفعان موثر بر مسیر حرفه‌ای ورزشکاران معلول به عنوان الگو پرداخته شد. این تحقیق از نوع پژوهش های کیفی بود که از رویکرد تحلیل تماتیک در آن استفاده شد. جامعۀ آماری این تحقیق را رئیس کمیتۀ ملی پارالمپیک، نایب رئیس، دبیر و اعضای هیئت رئیسه اجرایی کمیتۀ ملی پارالمپیک و رئیس فدراسیون ورزش جانبازان و توان یابان، نایب رئیس و دبیر فدراسیون و نخبگان و متخصصان حوزه ورزش پارالمپیک تشکیل داد که تعداد آن‌ها 23 نفر بود. روش نمونه‌گیری به صورت گلوله برفی و تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری (تا 23 مصاحبه) ادامه یافت. عوامل سیاست ورزشی و ذینفعان موثر بر مسیر حرفه ای ورزشکاران معلول از 4 مقوله (استعدادیابی، حمایت ورزشی، حمایت مالی، دیدگاه راهبردی در ورزش پارالمپیک)، 8 مفهوم ثانویه و 127 مفهوم اولیه تشکیل شد. در بخش کمی نیز مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری مطلوب بودن برازش مدل آزمون شده را نشان داد.

چکیده [English]

Abstract

In this study, a qualitative paradigm of sports policy factors and stakeholders affecting the professional path of disabled athletes was designed as a model. The present study was a qualitative study that used thematic analysis approach. The statistical population of this study consisted of the President of the National Paralympic Committee, the Vice President, Secretary and members of the Executive Board of the National Paralympic Committee and the President of the Federation of Veterans and Disabled Sports, the Vice President and Secretary of the Federation and elites and experts in the field of Paralympic sports, who numbered 23 people. The sampling method was snowball and continued until theoretical saturation (up to 23 interviews). The factors of sports policy and stakeholders affecting the professional path of disabled athletes consisted of 4 categories (talent search, sports support, financial support, strategic perspective in Paralympic sports), 8 secondary concepts and 127 primary concepts. In the quantitative part, structural equation modeling was also used to indicate the suitability of the model.
