چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش بررسی ضرورت ایجاد حکمرانی خوب ورزشی مبتنی بر رویکرد تحلیل مضمون است. این پژوهش از نظر نوع داده کیفی، روش تحلیل مضمون و رویه کینگ و هاروکز انجام شده است. ازاین‌رو جامعه مورد بررسی پژوهش مقالات چاپ شده معتبر داخلی و خارجی بوده است که در مجلات علمی و همایش‌های معتبر داخلی و خارجی چاپ شده‌اند واحد تحلیل باتوجه‌به مقیاس دقت، اصالت و نو بودن پژوهش‌ها ۱۸ مقاله انتخاب شدند. به‌منظور تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار تحلیل کیفی مکس کیودا استفاده شده است. بر اساس تحلیل‌های صورت‌گرفته ۳۷ کد حاصل شد که در قالب چهار کد تفسیری فرصت‌های استفاده از حکمرانی خوب ورزشی، تهدیدهای عدم استفاده از حکمرانی خوب ورزشی، نقاط قوت استفاده از حکمرانی خوب ورزشی، نقاط ضعف عدم استفاده از حکمرانی خوب ورزشی سازمان‌دهی شدند. با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده پیشنهاد می گردد متولیان امر ورزش جهت اجرای حکمرانی خوب ورزشی تعریف شاخص‌های دقیق ارزیابی مخصوص هر ارگان را انجام دهند، به طراحی مدل‌های کارآمد بر اساس شرایط داخلی و خارجی سازمان، بپردازند و نظارت بر نهادهای ورزشی را تقویت نمایند. پیشنهاد می‌شود سیاست‌گذاران و مدیران ورزشی با بهره‌گیری از مدل‌های موفق جهانی، چارچوبی شفاف و نظام‌مند برای حکمرانی در ورزش تدوین کنند تا به بهبود عملکرد سازمان‌های ورزشی و افزایش کارآمدی آن‌ها کمک شود.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study is to investigate the necessity of creating good sports governance based on thematic analysis approach. This study was conducted in terms of qualitative data type, thematic analysis method, and King and Harwicks procedure. Therefore, the population under study was domestic and foreign published articles that were published in domestic and foreign scientific journals and conferences. The unit of analysis was 18 articles, selected based on the scale of accuracy, originality, and novelty of the research. The qualitative analysis software Max Quda was used to analyze the data. Based on the analysis, 37 codes were obtained, which were organized into four interpretive codes: opportunities for using good sports governance, threats for not using good sports governance, strengths for using good sports governance, and weaknesses for not using good sports governance. According to the results obtained, it is suggested that sports authorities define precise evaluation indicators specific to each organization in order to implement good sports governance, design efficient models based on the organization's internal and external conditions, and strengthen supervision of sports institutions. It is suggested that sports policymakers and managers, using successful global models, develop a transparent and systematic framework for sports governance to help improve the performance of sports organizations and increase their efficiency.
