چکیده

چکیده:

مهاجرت بین‌المللی مفهومی پیچیده است که اندازه‌گیری آن به تعریف زمان‌ و مکان‌محور بستگی دارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بازسازی معنایی تجربیات مهاجرت جوانان ایرانی به کانادا طی ده سال اخیر و ارائه مدل پارادایمی علل مهاجرت انجام شده است.

در این پژوهش از رویکرد کیفی گراندد تئوری استفاده شده است. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات، از تکنیک مصاحبۀ کیفی عمیق، روش نیمه ساخت یافته استفاده شد. با توجه به هدف مطالعه، کشف تجربیات افراد از مهاجرت 20 نفر مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. مقوله های بدست آمده عبارتند از : کسب فرصت های بیشتر و کیفیت زندگی بهتر،ارتقای شغلی و کسب فرصت های کاری بهتر ، رشد و توسعه فردی ، دوری از ساختارهای اجتماعی و سیاسی معیوب ،آشنا بودن به فرهنگ و محیط کشور مقصد، حضور یک فرد آشنادر مقصد ،ساختن شبکه روابط جدید، تلاش برای انطباق همراه با مدارا، ناتوانی در پدیرش زندگی جدید، گسستن از پیوندهای پیشین،چالش های زبانی و کلامی، سنگینی کفه رضایت از مهاجرت. مقوله هسته در این پژوهش عبارت است از: سازگاری و رهایی"

چکیده [English]

Abstract

International migration is a complex concept whose measurement depends on time- and place-specific definitions. The present study aims to reconstruct the semantic experiences of Iranian youth migration to Canada over the past decade and to propose a paradigmatic model of migration causes.

This research employed a qualitative grounded theory approach. Data were collected through in-depth, semi-structured qualitative interviews. In line with the study’s objective of exploring individuals’ migration experiences, 20 participants were examined. The derived categories include: gaining greater opportunities and a better quality of life; career advancement and access to superior job opportunities; personal growth and development; distancing from flawed social and political structures; familiarity with the culture and environment of the destination country; the presence of a familiar person in the destination; building new relational networks; striving for adaptation with tolerance; inability to accept the new life; severing prior bonds; linguistic and communicative challenges; the outweighing satisfaction with migration. The core category of this research is “adaptation and liberation.”
