چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی مولفه‌های حقوق تماشاچیان ورزشی بود. روش پژوهش حاضر کیفی و رویکرد پژوهش به صورت تحلیل مضمون انجام شد. مشارکت‌کنندگان پژوهش مدیران سازمان‌های ورزشی، اساتید مدیریت ورزشی، اساتید حقوق ورزشی و متخصصین و خبرگان حوزه حقوق ورزشی بود. ملاک تعیین تعداد نمونه اشباع نظری یافته‌ها بود. روش نمونه‌گیری به صورت گلوله‌برفی بود و در نهایت با 17 نفر مصاحبه انجام شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش کدگذاری در سه مرحله کدگذاری اولیه، زیرمضمون‌ها و مضمون‌ها که دارای رویکرد استقرایی و پارادایم تفسیری است استفاده شد. حقوق تماشاچیان ورزشی در عرصه‌های مختلف اعم از رسانه، سیستم حاکمیت و برابری و توسعه عدالت هم در زمینه مالی و هم در زمینه جنسیتی و سایر امکانات رفاهی دارای چالش‌های اساسی است و این مهم نیاز به توجه ویژه از طرف سیستم دولتی و رسانه‌ای حاکم دارد و باید دیدگاه‌ها و عملکردها دچار گشایش شود و در درجه اول یکسانی و برابری جنسیتی برای تماشاچیان به‌وجود آید و این عامل جز با فرهنگ‌سازی دولت و برنامه‌ریزی بلند مدت مقدور نیست و نیاز است بعد از حل این مهم به تجهیز منابع و امکانات ورزشگاه‌ها در جهت رفاه حال تماشاچیان بپردازد و همچنین سیستم نظارتی و موشکافانه بر رسانه‌ها جهت جلوگیری از تضیع حق تماشاچیان ورزش را مورد توجه قرار دهد.

چکیده [English]

The aim of the present study was to identify the components of sports spectators' rights.. The research participants were managers of sports organizations, professors of sports management, professors of sports law, and specialists and experts in the field of sports law. The criterion for determining the number of samples was theoretical saturation of the findings. The sampling method was snowball and finally 17 people were interviewed. To analyze the data, the coding method was used in three stages: initial coding, subthemes, and themes, which has an inductive approach and an interpretive paradigm. The rights of sports spectators in various fields, including the media, the governance system, and equality and the development of justice in both financial and gender fields and other welfare facilities, have fundamental challenges, and this issue requires special attention from the governing government and media system. Views and practices must be opened up, and first of all, gender equality and equality must be created for spectators. This factor is not possible except through government culture and long-term planning. After solving this issue, it is necessary to equip the resources and facilities of stadiums for the welfare of spectators, and also to consider a system of monitoring and scrutinizing the media to prevent the violation of the rights of sports spectators.
