چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی الگوی توسعه ورزش توان‌یابان بر پایه تعامل میان مشارکت همگانی و موفقیت قهرمانی در ایران انجام شد.این مطالعه از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش‌شناسی کیفی با رویکرد نظریه زمینه‌ای گلیزر است. داده‌ها ا طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته عمیق با ۲۲ مشارکت‌کننده (شامل ورزشکاران، مربیان مدیران ورزشی) و نیز بررسی اسناد و مدارک مرتبط گردآوری شد. نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت هدفمند وگلوله‌برفی انجام گرفت و فرایند جمع‌آوری داده‌ها تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری (مصاحبه ۲۱ و ۲۲) ادامه یافت. تحلیل داده‌ها بر اساس کدگذاری باز، نظری و انتخابی به شناسایی هشت مقوله محوری زیرساخت‌های فراگیر و تطبیقی،منابع انسانی و آموزش تخصصی، تجهیزات و فناوری تطبیقی، سیاست‌گذاری و حکمرانی یکپارچه، بازنمایی و انگیزش دیجیتال، روان‌شناسی و انگیزه‌های فردی و اجتماعی، مشارکت اجتماعی و اکوسیستم فراگیر نوآوری‌های فناورانه و اجتماعی انجامید. نتیجه تحلیل‌ها نشان داد که کد هسته‌ای پژوهش، تعامل دوسویه میان مشارکت همگانی و موفقیت‌های قهرمانی است؛ بدین معنا که ورزش همگانی از طریق ارتقای خودباوری، شناسایی استعدادها و تقویت مشارکت اجتماعی، مسیر قهرمانی را هموار می‌سازد در مقابل، موفقیت‌های قهرمانی از رهگذر الگوسازی و بازنمایی رسانه‌ای، انگیزه و مشارکت عمومی را افزایش می‌دهد. مدل مفهومی نهایی، چارچوبی بومی برای سیاست‌گذاری یکپارچه توسعه ورزش توان‌یابان ارائه می‌دهد که بر نقش میانجی نوآوری‌های فناورانه و اجتماعی میان متغیرهای ساختاری (زیرساخت، منابع انسانی و بازنمایی دیجیتال) و پیامدهای روان‌شناختی و اجتماعی تأکید دارد. بر اساس یافته‌ها، پیشنهاد می‌شود سیاست‌گذاران با ادغام این چرخه در برنامه‌ریزی ملی، زمینه تحقق عدالت اجتماعی، ارتقای سلامت عمومی توسعه پایدار ورزش توان‌یابان را فراهم سازند

چکیده [English]

The present study was conducted with the aim of designing a development model for disability sports in Iran based on the dynamic interaction between mass participation and elite success.Methodologically, the research is applied in purpose and qualitative in nature, employing Glaserian grounded theory.Data were collected through in-depth semi-structured interviews with 22 participants(including athletes with disabilities, coaches, and sport managers), as well as through the review of relevant documents and records. Purposeful and snowball sampling strategies were used, and data collection continued until theoretical saturation was reached (interviews 21 and 22). Data analysis through open, theoretical, and selective coding led to the identification of eight core categories: inclusive and adaptive infrastructure, human resources and specialized training, adaptive equipment and technology, integrated policymaking and governance, digital representation and motivation, psychological and individual–social drivers, social participation and inclusive ecosystems, and technological and social innovations.The findings revealed that the core category is the reciprocal interaction between mass participation and elite success; that is, mass sports facilitate elite pathways by enhancing self-confidence, talent identification, and social engagement, while elite achievements, through media representation and role modeling, increase motivation and public participation.The final conceptual model provides a context-specific framework for integrated policymaking in disability sports development, emphasizing the mediating role of technological and social innovation between structural variables (infrastructure, human resources,digital representation) and psychological and social outcomes.Based on the results, it is recommended that policymakers incorporate this cycle into national planning to promote social justice, enhance public health, and ensure the sustainable development of disability sports
