چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف تحلیل و اولویت بندی عوامل کلیدی موفقیت در میزبانی مسابقات بین‌المللی ووشو در ایران انجام شده است. تحقیق ماهیتی اکتشافی-بنیادی داشته و با رویکرد آمیخته، مبتنی بر داده‌های میدانی صورت گرفت. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته با خبرگان حوزه‌های مدیریت ورزشی، روابط بین‌الملل، گردشگری ورزشی و مدیریت رویداد گردآوری(14 شرکت کننده) و با روش تحلیل مضمونی براون و کلارک (2006) تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها منجر به شناسایی 43 مقوله و 11 مضمون اصلی شامل امنیت و مدیریت بحران، زیرساخت‌های ورزشی، امکانات رفاهی، دیپلماسی ورزشی، ظرفیت‌های فرهنگی و اجتماعی، مدیریت راهبردی، ظرفیت‌های اقتصادی و مالی، نیروی انسانی متخصص، پایداری محیط زیستی، تبلیغات ورزشی و تأثیرات بلندمدت گردید. در ادامه، با استفاده از مدل‌سازی ساختاری-تفسیری (ISM)، روابط و سطوح مؤلفه‌ها تعیین شد. نتایج نشان داد که امنیت، ایمنی و مدیریت بحران به‌عنوان بنیادی‌ترین عامل موفقیت میزبانی در سطح زیربنایی قرار دارد و سایر مؤلفه‌ها در سطوح بالاتر نقش‌آفرین هستند. بر این اساس، تحقیق حاضر چارچوبی برای اولویت‌بندی منابع و برنامه‌ریزی هدفمند ارائه می‌دهد که می‌تواند راهنمایی کاربردی برای ارتقای توانمندی ایران در میزبانی مسابقات بین‌المللی ووشو و بهره‌گیری از فرصت‌های اقتصادی، فرهنگی و اجتماعی آن باشد.

Analysis and Prioritization of Key Success Factors in Hosting International Wushu Competitions in Iran: An Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) Approach

چکیده [English]

This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing and prioritizing the key success factors in hosting international Wushu competitions in Iran. The research is exploratory–fundamental in nature and employed a mixed-methods approach based on field data. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with experts in the fields of sports management, international relations, sports tourism, and event management (14 participantes) , and analyzed using Braun and Clarke’s (2006) thematic analysis method. The findings led to the identification of 43 categories and 11 main themes, including security and crisis management, sports infrastructure, welfare facilities, sports diplomacy, cultural and social capacities, strategic management, economic and financial capacities, specialized human resources, environmental sustainability, sports advertising, and long-term impacts. Subsequently, interpretive structural modeling (ISM) was applied to determine the relationships and hierarchical levels among these components. The results revealed that security, safety, and crisis management constitute the foundational factor for successful hosting, while other components operate at higher levels of influence. Accordingly, this research provides a framework for resource prioritization and targeted planning, offering practical guidance for enhancing Iran’s capacity to host international Wushu competitions and to leverage their economic, cultural, and social opportunities.
