چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر ارائه مدل تفسیری-ساختاری شاخص‌های پیش‌برنده و بازدارنده تنیس روی میز ایران بود. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نوع تحقیقات کیفی با ماهیت تحلیلی‌ بود. با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌ دلفی، مصاحبه و مطالعات اسنادی داده‏های پژوهش جمع‌آوری شدند. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه کارشناسان و متخصصین تنیس روی میز مسلط به حوزه مدیریت در این رشته ورزشی بود که از این تعداد، 21 نفر به شیوه هدفمند به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از مدل ساختاری تفسیری استفاده شد. با توافق جمعی خبرگان، به ترتیب در عوامل بازدارنده تعداد 28 شاخص در زیر مجموعه نه بعد و در عوامل پیش‌برنده تعداد 20 شاخص در زیر مجموعه شش بعد شناسایی شدند که در چهار سطح قرار گرفتند؛ در بخش عوامل بازدارنده؛ در سطح پائین و چهارم سه مولفه برنامه، راهبرد و شایسته سالاری قرار داشتند. در سطح سوم مدل ساختاری تفسیری دو مولفه اقتصاد و آموزش قرار داشتند. در سطح دوم مدل ساختاری تفسیری دو مولفه تخصص و فناوری قرار داشته و در نهایت در سطح اول که کمترین میزان اهمیت را دارد مولفه‌‌های عدالت و پشتکار قرار داشتند. در بخش عوامل پیش‌برنده در سطح چهارم که مهمترین مولفه است مربوط به مولفه نظام بود. در سطح سوم دو مولفه پشتوانه‌سازی و سرمایه انسانی قرار داشتند، در سطح دوم عوامل پیش‌برنده دو مولفه رسانه و پژوهش قرار داشته و در نهایت در سطح اول نیز عامل فنی قرار داشتند که برای پیشرفت ورزشکاران باید مورد توجه و اهمیت قرار گیرند.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to present an interpretive-structural model of the indicators of progress and inhibition of table tennis in Iran. The present study was applied in terms of purpose and qualitative research with analytical nature, which was conducted by the interpretive structural method. Research data were collected using the Delphi questionnaire, interviews, and documentary studies. The statistical population of the study included all experts, experts, and table tennis experts in the field of management in this sport, of which 21 people were purposefully selected as a sample. An interpretive structural model (ISM) was used to analyze the data. Finally, with the collective agreement of the experts, 28 indicators in the subset of nine dimensions were identified in the inhibitory factors, and 20 indicators in the subset of the six factors were identified in the subset of six dimensions, which were placed in four levels according to the model; In the field of deterrents; At the lower and fourth levels were the three components of program, strategy, and meritocracy. At the third level of the interpretive structural model were the two components of economics and education. In the second level of the interpretive structural model, there are two components of expertise and technology, and finally in the first level, which is the least important, the components of justice and perseverance were located.
