چکیده

هدف این پژوهش شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر کناره‌گیری زود هنگام داوران فوتبال در ایران بود. پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ فلسفه از نوع تفسیرگرایانه، به لحاظ رویکرد از نوع استقراریی، به لحاظ راهبرد از نوع نظریه داده بنیاد رویکرد گلیزر، به لحاظ انتخاب پژوهش از نوع تحقیق کیفی و به لحاظ بازه زمانی از نوع مقطعی است و در برای گردآوری داده‌های آن از ابزار مصاحبه استفاده شده است. مشارکت‌کنندگان این پژوهش را داوران فوتبال تشکیل می‌دادند. جهت نمونه‌گیری از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند استفاده شد و نمونه‌گیری تا رسیدن به حد اشباع نظری ادامه پیدا کرد، براین مبنا تعداد 18 مصاحبه انجام گرفت. جهت ممیزی پژوهش از معیارهای اعتبار، انتقال، قابلیت اعتماد و تأییدپذیری و به‌منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از سه فرایند همپوش کدگذاری باز، کدگذاری محوری و کدگذاری نظری استفاده شد. با اقتباس از متن همه مصاحبه‌ها در مرحلۀ کدگذاری باز پس از ترکیب مفاهیم اولیه 69 مفهوم نهایی و در مرحله کدگذاری محوری 11 مقولۀ فرعی احصاء شد که در 3 مقولۀ اصلی تحت عنوان عوامل ساختاری، عوامل زمینه‌ای و عوامل محتوایی دسته‌بندی شدند. بر مبنای یافته‌های تحقیق مشخص گردید که کناره‌گیری زودهنگام به‌عنوان یک نتیجه تحت تأثیر یک سیستم معیوب حکمرانی قرار دارد که هم در ساختار و هم در محتوا و هم زمینه معیوب است و تا زمانیکه این مشکلات برطرف نگردد داوران تمایلی به ماندن در فوتبال نخواهند داشت.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this research was to identify the factors affecting the early resignation of football referees in Iran. In terms of philosophy, the current research is interpretive type, in terms of approach, it is establishment type, in terms of strategy, it is the type of data theory based on Glazer's approach, in terms of research selection, it is qualitative research type, and in terms of time period, it is cross-sectional type, and in order to collect data, It has been used as an interview tool. The participants of this research were football referees. For sampling purposeful sampling method was used and sampling continued until the theoretical saturation limit was reached, therefore 18 interviews were conducted. In order to audit the research, the criteria of validity, transferability, reliability and verifiability were used, and in order to analyze the data, three overlapping processes of open coding, axial coding and theoretical coding were used. By adapting the text of all the interviews, in the open coding stage, after combining the initial concepts, 69 final concepts were calculated and in the central coding stage, 11 sub-categories were counted, which were classified into 3 main categories under the headings of structural factors, contextual factors and content factors. became Based on the findings of the research, it was determined that early withdrawal as a result is affected by a faulty system of governance, which is faulty in both its structure, content and context, and until these problems are resolved, judges are reluctant to stay
