چکیده

محیط ورزش حرفه ای سرشار از عدم قطعیت است در نتیجه شناخت تحولات پیش روی آن ضروری است. از این رو هدف مطالعه حاضر پیش نگری مسائل ایران در حوزه ورزش حرفه ای با استفاده از رویکرد آینده پژوهی در افق 1410 بود. ازاین رو روش تحقیق به کارگرفته شده در پژوهش حاضر آینده پژوهی بود.جامعه آماری این تحقیق را مدیران ستادی وزرات ورزش و فدارسیون های ورزشی تشکیل می دادند. انتخاب این افراد، با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند بود و بر مبنای شاخص های تسلط نظری، تجربه عملی، تمایل و توانایی مشارکت در پژوهش و همچنین دسترسی به آنان، تعداد 15 نفر انتخاب شدند. اطلاعات این پژوهش با استفاده از مصاحبه و پرسشنامه گردآوری شد. در این تحقیق جهت بررسی روایی ابزار تحقیق، از روش روایی محتوایی (CVR) و جهت بررسی پایایی آن از روش دونیمه کردن استفاده شد و همبستگی میان نمرات دو تست برابر با 823/0=r بود. همچنین جهت آینده پژوهی از روش تحلیل ساختاری استفاده شد و این تحلیل با کمک نرم افزار MICMAC انجام شد. یافته ها نشان داد مهاجرت ورزشکاران، برخورد سیاسی کشورهای غربی، حضور سیاسیون و نظامی ها در راس ورزش، محدودیت حضور زنان در ورزشگاه ها، روبرو نشدن ورزشکاران ایرانی با ورزشکاران رژیم اشغالگر مهم ترین چالش های پیش روی ورزش در افق 1410 می باشند. بر این مبنا لازم است برنامه ریزان و سیاست گذاران ورزش با اتخاذ راهبردهای مناسب از به وجود آمدن چالش های پیش رو جلو گیری کنند.

چکیده [English]

The environment of professional sports is full of uncertainty; therefore, it is necessary to know the developments ahead of it. Therefore, the aim of the present study was to forecast Iran's problems in the field of professional sports using the future-research approach in the horizon of 2031. Therefore, the research method used in the present study was a prospective study. The statistical population of this study consisted of the staff managers of the ministries of sports and sports federations. The selection of these people was based on the purposeful sampling method, and 15 people were selected based on the indicators of theoretical mastery, practical experience, willingness and ability to participate in the research, as well as access to them. The information of this research was collected using interviews and questionnaires. In this research, the content validity method (CVR) was used to check the validity of the research tool, and the dichotomization method was used to check its reliability, and the correlation between the scores of the two tests was equal to r=0.823. Also, for future research, structural analysis method was used and this analysis was done with the help of MICMAC software. The findings showed that the immigration of athletes, the political confrontation of western countries, the presence of politicians and military at the head of sports, the restriction of women's presence in stadiums, Iranian athletes not confronting the athletes of the occupation regime are the most important challenges facing sports in the horizon is 2031.
