چکیده

هدف این تحقیق، آینده‌پژوهی توسعه فوتبال حرفه‌ای بانوان با روش تحلیل ساختاری بود. پژوهش، پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ روش، توصیفی بود که به صورت کیفی انجام شد. نمونه‌گیری بر اساس پنل تخصصی و هدفمند بود و با 19 نفر از خبرگان فوتبال حرفه‌ای بانوان مصاحبه عمیق نیمه ساختارمند تا اشباع نظری انجام شد. ابزار تحقیق، پرسشنامه محقق ‌ساخته و ماتریس تأثیرات متقاطع بود. روایی پرسشنامه توسط 10 نفر از اساتید مدیریت ورزشی و پایایی آن، با کدگذاری مجدد داده‌ها توسط دو کدگذار به‌غیر از گروه تحقیق و بازنگری و سنجش کدهای احصا شده توسط پنج نفر از مشارکت کنندگان تأیید شد برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم افزار میک مک استفاده شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که 49 شاخص در قالب 14 مؤلفه‌ بر توسعه فوتبال حرفه‌ای بانوان اثرگذار است و براساس یافته‌های تحلیل اثرات متقابل، مؤلفه‌های حمایت مالی، عوامل ساختاری، عدالت محوری، منابع انسانی متخصص و فنی–ورزشی، پیشران‌های کلیدی توسعه فوتبال حرفه‌ای بانوان هستند. حمایت‌های خانواده‌ها، سرمایه‌گذاری بخش خصوصی در فوتبال حرفه‌ای بانوان، مشارکت بانوان در تصمیم‌گیری‌ها، پرهیز از تبعیض جنسیتی در سیاست‌گذاری‌های فوتبال، ایجاد بستر بروز استعدادها و توانمندسازی منابع انسانی فنی و تخصصی می‌تواند توسعه فوتبال حرفه‌ای بانوان را ممکن خواهد کرد.

چکیده [English]

the purpose of this study was to study the future study of professional football development of women using structural analysis method .the purpose of this study was practical and in terms of method , it was descriptive and qualitative .sampling was based on the panel of specialized and purposeful panel and with 19 professional soccer experts, semi structured interviews were conducted to theoretical saturation .the research tool was a researcher - made questionnaire and the effect matrix was crossover .the validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by 10 professors of sport management and its reliability by coding the data by two techniques , except for the research group and reviewing the concepts obtained by five participants. the data were analyzed by spss software .the results showed that 49 indicators in the form of 14 factors affect professional soccer development of women and based on the results of the analysis of mutual effects , factors of financial support structural factors, justice specialist and technical - sport resources are key drivers of professional soccer development .family support , private sector investment in women 's professional football , women 's participation in decision - making , avoiding gender discrimination in football policies , creating and developing talents and empowering technical and professional human resources can promote professional football
