چکیده

هدف پژوهش، طراحی مدل مدیریت پیش‌کنشی در فدراسیون فوتبال ایران با رویکرد ساختاری تفسیری بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی و گردآوری داده‌ها، به صورت میدانی بود. داده‌ها از بررسی 15 مقاله پیش‌کنشی داخلی، 21 مقاله مرتبط خارجی و مصاحبه عمیق نیمه ساختارمند با 14 نفر از خبرگان فدراسیون و هیأت‌های فوتبال با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و اصل اشباع نظری به‌دست آمد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود. روایی آن توسط استادان دانشگاه و پایایی (قابلیت اعتماد) پرسشنامه با بازنگری 5 نفر از مشارکت کنندگان و کدگذاری مجدد توسط دو گذار به‌غیر از گروه تحقیق تأیید شد. برای ساختاردهی و سطح‌بندی متغیرها از تکنیک مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری استفاده شد. نتیجه بررسی و استخراج داده‌ها، 89 مضمون پایه، 14 مضمون سازمان دهنده و 6 مضمون فراگیر (انگیزه و رفتار پیش‌کنشی، مهارت پیش‌کنشی، شخصیت پیش‌کنشی، بسترسازی، تعاملات و ارتباطات و نقشه راه) بود. براساس یافته‌های در بخش دوم تحقیق، مضامین سارمان دهنده (متغیرها) در هفت سطح ساختاردهی شدند و توسعه مهارت‌ها و عوامل انگیزشی رشدآفرین در سطح زیربنایی و تعاملات برون‌مرزی، برنامه‌ریزی و تعاملات داخلی در سطح اول مدل ساختاری تفسیری تحقیق قرار گرفتند. می‌توان گفت باور مدیران ارشد فدراسیون به اثرگذار بودن مدیریت پیش‌کنشی در توسعه پایدار فوتبال و آمادگی برای رویارویی با تغییرات، ایجاد انگیزه در مدیران میانی و کارکنان فدراسیون فوتبال و مسئولان هیأت‌ها، تنوع مهارت‌های مدیران و کارکنان و مهارت شناسایی مشکل و طرح آن تحقق دیگر پیشران‌های مدیریت پیش‌کنشی را تسهیل و توسعه فوتبال را هموار می‌کند.

چکیده [English]

The aim of the research was to design a predictive management model in the Iranian Football Federation with an interpretative structural approach. The method of descriptive research and data collection was in the field. The data was obtained from the review of 15 domestic predictive articles, 21 related foreign articles and semi-structured in-depth interviews with 14 experts of the federation and football boards with the purposeful sampling method and theoretical saturation principle. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. Its validity was confirmed by university professors and its reliability was confirmed by the review of 5 participants and recoding by two coders. ISM method was used for structuring and leveling variables. The result of data extraction was 89 basic themes, 14 organizing themes and 6 inclusive themes. Based on the findings in the second part of the research, the interesting themes (variables) were structured in seven levels and the development of skills and motivational factors were placed in the basic level. It can be said that the belief of the senior managers of the federation in the effectiveness of proactive management, creating motivation in the middle managers and employees of the football federation and the officials of the boards, the variety of skills of managers and employees and the skill of identifying the problem and planning it facilitates the realization of other drivers of proactive management and smooths the development of football.
