چکیده
هدف از پژوهش حاضر تدوین مدل پارادایمی موفقیت تنیس روی میز ایران در رویدادهای بین المللی بود. روش تحقیق به صورت کیفی و مبتنی بر نظریه داده‌بنیاد بود. برای جمع آوری داده‌ها از روش مصاحبة نیمه ساختار یافته استفاده شد. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل 19 نفر از صاحبنظران و خبرگان کلیدی در سه حیطه علمی، اجرایی و ورزشی بودند. نمونه گیری در این پژوهش به روش غیر احتمالی و به صورت هدفمند بود. به منظور تحلیل داده ها، از کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی استفاده شد. نتایج به شناسایی 110 مفهوم و 20 مقوله منجر شد که شامل شرایط علّی (بازیکن، مربی، مسابقات، تجهیزات و اماکن و والدین)، شرایط زمینه ای (حکمرانی ورزشی، پشتیبانی مالی، پژوهش‌های علوم ورزشی و مدیریت استعداد)، شرایط مداخله‌گر (عوامل فرهنگی-اجتماعی، اقتصادی و سیاسی)، راهبردها (اقتصادی، حکمرانی خوب ورزشی، پژوهش‌های علمی و توسعه بین‌المللی) و پیامدها (توسعه گردشگری، توسعه مشارکت ورزشی، توسعه اجتماعی و توسعه سیاسی) بودند. بنابراین برای درک صحیح پدیدة موفقیت تنیس روی میز ایران در رویدادهای بین‌المللی اولاً باید تمامی ابعاد اشاره شده در مدل با هم در نظر گرفته شوند نه جدای از هم. ثانیاً برای دستیابی به نتایج مطلوب موفقیت تنیس روی میز ایران در رویدادهای بین المللی، همه اجزای مدل باید کار خود را به نحو احسن ایفا نمایند.

چکیده [English]
The purpose of this research was to develop a paradigm model of the success of Iranian table tennis in international events. The research method was qualitative one and based on grounded theory. A semi-structured interview method was used to collect data. The statistical population of the research included 19 experts and key experts in three scientific, executive and sports fields. Sampling in this research was non-probability and purposeful. In order to analyze the data, open, axial and selective coding was used. The results led to the identification of 110 concepts and 20 categories, which include causal conditions (players, coaches, competitions, equipment and places, and parents), contextual conditions (sports governance, financial support, sports science research and talent management), interving conditions (social-cultural, economic and political factors), strategies (economics, good sports governance, scientific research and international development) and consequences (tourism development, sports participation development, social development and political development). Therefore, in order to correctly understand the phenomenon of the success of Iranian table tennis in international events, first of all, all the dimensions mentioned in the model should be considered together, not separately. Secondly, in order to achieve the desired results of the success of Iranian table tennis in international events, all the components of the model must perform their work efficiently.
