چکیده

The general aim of the current research was to model the factors affecting the self development of sports managers in the country. The statistical population of this research will be all presidents, vice presidents and secret aries of sports federations of the country, whose number is 204 people (51 presidents, 102 vice presidents and 51 secretaries), and the statistical sample was selected in full. After distributing the questionnaire, 192 question naires were returned. In this research, a researcher made questionnaire was used to analyze the descriptive data, descriptive statistics method was used, and in this way frequency, percentage and structural equation modeling were used. SPSS and Smart PLS version 3 software were used to analyze the data. The results showed that organizational factors, extra organizational factors, individual factors and self evelopment mechanisms influence self development in the macro management of sports in the country. It has a significant positive effect.

چکیده [English]

هدف کلی پژوهش حاضر مدلسازی عوامل موثر بر خود توسعه ای مدیران ورزش کشور بود. جامعۀ آماری این تحقیق را تمامی روسا، نواب رئیس و دبیر فدراسیون های ورزشی کشور تشکیل خواهند داد که تعداد آن ها 204 نفر (51 نفر رئیس، 102 نفر نواب رئیس و 51 نفر دبیر) است که نمونۀ آماری به صورت تمام شمار انتخاب شد. پس از توزیع پرسشنامه تعداد 192 پرسشنامه برگشت داده شد. در این تحقیق از یک پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های توصیفی از روش آماری توصیفی استفاده شد و از این طریق فراوانی، درصد و مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم افزار اس پی اس اس و اسمارت پی ال اس نسخۀ 3 استفاده شد.نتایج نشان داد عوامل سازمانی، عوامل فراسازمانی، عوامل فردی و مکانیسم های خودتوسعه ای بر خود توسعه ای در مدیریت کلان ورزش کشور تاثیر مثبت معنادار دارد.
