چکیده

هدف از مطالعه حاضر شناسایی ش عوامل اثرگذار انتخاب مربیان ورزشی از دیدگاه والدین در باشگاه‌های ورزشی تفریحی است. جامعه آماری این مطالعه، شامل کلیه والدین سطح شهر ارومیه است می باشد که حداقل یکی از فرزندانشان را در طی پنج سال گذشته در یکی از باشگاه‌های ورزشی ثبت‌نام کرده‌اند. این پژوهش کاربردی است و دارای رویکردی کیفی بوده و از روش پدیدارشناسی به‌عنوان روش پژوهش استفاده‌شده است. حجم نمونه بر اساس منطق اشباع نظری تعیین شد و افراد نمونه بر مبنای روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. همچنین ابزار این پژوهش، مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته است. در این مطالعه، به‌منظور برآورد میزان روایی، از معیار اعتبارپذیری (واقعی بودن توصیف‌ها و یافته‌های پژوهش) و برای ارزیابی پایایی، از راهبردهای هدایت دقیق جریان مصاحبه برای گردآوری داده‌ها، ایجاد فرایندهای ساختارمند برای اجرا و تفسیر مصاحبه‌های همگرا بهره گرفته شده است. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات، فرایند کدگذاری نظام مند به کاربرد شد. یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که از دیدگاه والدین عوامل اثرگذار اصلی انتخاب مربیان ورزشی شامل دانش و آگاهی آنان، توانایی برقراری ارتباط و مهارت‌های اجتماعی، قابلیت مربیگری و مدیر بودن، شخصیت قهرمانی داشتن، داشتن اخلاق مناسب، تجربه کافی، به‌روز بودن، توانمندی روان‌شناختی داشتن و سازنده محیطی امن بودن برای ورزشکاران می شود. نتایج این پژوهش مشخص کننده عوامل اثرگذار شامل دانش و آگاهی، توانایی برقراری ارتباط و مهارت های ‌اجتماعی، قابلیت مربی‌گری و مدیریت مطلوب، شخصیت قهرمانی، داشتن اخلاق مناسب، تجربه‌ی کافی، به روز بودن، توانمندی روان‌شناختی و سازنده ی محیطی امن، در نگاه والدین برای انتخاب مربیان ورزش می باشد

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study is to identify the indicators of the selection of sports coaches from the perspective of parents in sports clubs in Urmia. The statistical population of this study includes all parents of Urmia city who have registered at least one of their children in one of the sports clubs in the past few years. The sample size was determined based on the logic of theoretical saturation and the sample people were selected based on the purposeful sampling method. Also, the tool of this research is a semi-structured interview. In this study, in order to estimate the validity, the reliability criterion (reality of the descriptions and findings of the research) and to evaluate the reliability, the strategies of the accurate guidance of the interview flow for data collection, the creation of structured processes for the execution and interpretation of convergent interviews have been used. To analyze the data, the triple open, central and selective coding process was used. The findings indicate that from the parents' point of view, the main indicators for choosing sports coaches include their knowledge and awareness, the ability to communicate and social skills, the ability to coach and be a manager, having a heroic personality, having appropriate morals, having sufficient experience, being up-to-date, and having psychological ability. and create a safe environment for athletes. The results of this research determine the main indicators of the selection of sports coaches.
