چکیده

هدف این مطالعه طراحی الگوی پیشران‌های موثر بر آینده ورزش‌کارگری در ایران بود. این تحقیق از نظرهدف توسعه‌ای - کاربردی و از لحاظ‌ماهیت، آمیخته (کیفی - کمی) با طرح‌ترکیبی اکتشافی – متوالی است. جامعه‌‌هدف پژوهش خبرگان آگاه به موضوع‌تحقیق بودند. جهت انجام مصاحبه‌های‌عمیق و جمع‌آوری داده‌های‌کیفی از تکنیک‌هدفمند گلوله‌برفی تا مرحله اشباع‌نظری 17 نفر بعنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند و برای تکمیل پرسشنامه‌های محقق‌ساخته بخش‌کمی، نمونه‌ای به تعداد 5 نفر پیشنهاد شد.در یافته‌هاپژوهش، 112 مفهوم‌اولیه درقالب 23 تم‌فرعی و 15 تم‌اصلی شناسایی شدند. این پیشران‌ها در هفت‌سطح مدل ساختاری – تفسیری متشکل از پیشران‌های نیازسنجی، ارتقای‌نظارت و ارتقای‌نوآوری در سطح‌اول قرار گرفتند که کمترین تاثیرگذاری برروی سایر پیشران‌ها داشتند و همچنین، پیشران‌های سیستم‌اطلاعاتی و توسعه‌تعاملات در سطح‌دوم و پیشران‌های تغییرنگرش، جایگاه‌اجتماعی، بسترهای‌اقتصادی و توجه‌رسانه‌ها در سطح‌سوم الگوی پژوهش قرار گرفتند. همچنین، پیشران‌های برنامه‌ریزی عملیاتی و منابع‌مالی در سطح‌چهارم و پیشران‌های مدیریت‌کارآمد و توسعه زیرساخت‌ها در سطح‌سوم قرار گرفتند و در نهایت پیشران‌ فرهنگ‌سازی در سطح‌ششم و برنامه‌ریزی‌راهبردی در سطح‌هفتم الگو قرار گرفتند. لذا این نتایج می‌تواند مبنایی برای تصمیم‌های مدیران و برنامه‌ریزان در راستای توسعه ورزش‌کاگری در ایران باشد.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to design the model of drivers that are effective on the future of sports workers in Iran. This research is developmental-applicative in terms of its nature, mixed (qualitative-quantitative) with an exploratory-sequential design. The target population of the research was experts who were aware of the research topic..In the research findings, 112 primary concepts were identified in the form of 23 sub-themes and 15 main themes. These drivers were placed on the first level in the seven levels of the structural-interpretive model consisting of needs assessment drivers, monitoring promotion and innovation promotion, which had the least impact on other drivers, as well as information system drivers. And the development of interactions in the second level and the drivers of attitude change, social status, economic platforms and media attention were placed in the third level of the research model. Also, drivers of operational planning and financial resources were placed in the fourth level, and drivers of efficient management and infrastructure development were placed in the third level, and finally, cultural drivers were placed in the sixth level and program Strategic planning was placed at the seventh level of the model. Therefore, these results can be a basis for the decisions of managers and planners in line with the development of sports in Iran.
