Abstract
Nowadays, it is not a secret that the future success of Iranian football in the group of attention to the basic age groups. The purpose of the current research was to provide a model of the environment for the growth of Iranian basic football talent. In this research, the data theory method of Glaseri Foundation was used. The statistical population of this study included managers of prominent football academies in the country, football instructors and experts in the field of basic football in the country. Purposive sampling method and snowball sampling technique that reached theoretical saturation after the 16th interview. The research tool was semi-structured interviews and using the opinions of experts in this field. After extracting the data, initial coding was done. The concepts and components of the talent development environment (67 key concepts, 18 sub-categories and 6 main categories) were determined from the interviews and compiled in the form of the foundation's data conceptual model. The results showed that the components of the federation include (strategic program for the development of Iranian football, coordinated training method system, training, philosophy of Iranian football); Clubs include (approaches to find talent, professional license); Education includes (physical education lessons, school competitions); including cultural issues (society culture, family vision, result orientation); Human resources (mismanagement, monitoring and evaluation, meritocracy, corruption in football); Environmental infrastructure includes (infrastructure, street football, technology and communication). These results are presented in the form of a foundation data model for use by football federations, clubs and academies.
