Abstract
The purpose of this research was to design a satisfactory work environment model in the General Directorate of Sports and Youth in Tehran province in a structural-interpretive way. The research method was qualitative and quantitative. Research information was collected through interviews. The statistical population of the research included the members of the faculty of sports management and managers and experts of the General Directorate of Sports and Youth of Tehran province, 26 people were selected until reaching theoretical saturation. The sampling method was purposeful. According to the methodological process, during the three stages of open coding, selective coding and theoretical coding, firstly, the codes related to the topic were identified from the large number of primary data types; until finally 77 concepts were obtained. In the next step, some concepts were put in the form of a category so that 13 categories were obtained for this research. Then, based on the obtained indicators and categories, a matrix questionnaire was compiled and scored by 22 members of the research sample in a special structural-interpretive way, and based on that, the final research model was drawn. Finally, based on the data collected in a structural-interpretive way, the internal relationships of the proposed model were examined, and the results showed; The components of justice and equality, positive work environment, comfort as the most influential and influential; The components of organizational structure, organizational atmosphere, and technological equipment were identified as the most dependent and influential components of a satisfactory work environment..
