چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی پیشران‌های کلیدی توسعه آینده تکواندو ایران و ارائه راهبردهای عملیاتی برای افزایش توفیق این رشته ورزشی انجام شده است. با توجه به اهمیت آینده‌پژوهی در صنعت ورزش و تحولات سریع فناوری، این تحقیق به بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر آینده تکواندو ایران پرداخته است. روش تحقیق کیفی و از نوع تحلیل ساختاری با استفاده از نرم‌افزار میک‌مک بوده است. جع آوری داده‌ها از طریق ارسال پرسشنامه برای ۸۷ نفر از خبرگان تکواندو (قهرمانان، مربیان، داوران و مدیران) و سپس برگزاری پنل خبرگان انجام شد. در نهایت ۱۷ مولفه کلیدی شناسایی و تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها نشان داد که عوامل اصلی تأثیرگذار بر آینده تکواندو ایران شامل منابع مالی، اماکن ورزشی استاندارد، تکنولوژی روزآمد، مدیریت توانمند، مدال‌آوری و تعاملات بین‌المللی هستند. تحلیل اثرات متقابل این مولفه‌ها نشان داد که برخی از آنها مانند تکنولوژی، مدیریت و مدال آوری، تأثیر بالا و وابستگی کم دارند و به عنوان عوامل ورودی کلیدی در نظر گرفته می‌شوند. همچنین، منابع مالی و اماکن ورزشی به عنوان عوامل ریسک شناسایی شدند که تغییرات در آنها می‌تواند تأثیر قابل توجهی بر سیستم داشته باشد. مضاف بر این منابع مالی، اماکن ورزشی و کرسی های بین المللی به عنوان مولفه های استراتژیک شناسایی شدند. در نهایت، پیشنهادات عملیاتی برای کوتاه‌مدت (تأمین منابع مالی و تجهیزات)، میان‌مدت (افزایش آگاهی ورزشکاران و توسعه مربیان) و بلندمدت (توسعه همه‌جانبه و فرهنگ ورزشی) ارائه شده است. این تحقیق می‌تواند به عنوان نقشه‌راهی برای مدیران ورزش در جهت تدوین استراتژی‌های توسعه پایدار این رشته ورزشی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

چکیده [English]

This study identifies key factors driving the future development of taekwondo in Iran. It also offers practical strategies to enhance the sport's success. Futures studies are crucial in sports, especially with rapid technological advancements. This research looks at what influences taekwondo's future in Iran. Using qualitative methods, the study employs structural analysis through MICMAC software. Researchers collected data via questionnaires from 87 taekwondo experts, including champions, coaches, referees, and managers. Expert panel discussions also contributed to the findings. Ultimately, 17 key factors were identified and analyzed. The main influences on taekwondo's future in Iran include financial resources, standardised sports facilities, up-to-date technology, capable management, medal achievements, and international collaborations. The analysis shows that technology, management, and medal achievements have high impact but low dependency, making them essential input factors. Conversely, financial resources and sports facilities are risk factors, as changes here could significantly affect the system. Additionally, financial resources, sports facilities, and international positions are strategic components. The study concludes with practical recommendations: short term—securing financial resources and equipment; medium term—enhancing athlete awareness and coach development; long term—comprehensive development and promoting sports culture. This research serves as a roadmap for sports managers and the Iranian Taekwondo Federation in creating sustainable development strategies for the sport.
