Abstract
Adolescents and youth are the driving force behind the growth and development of countries around the world, and paying attention to their affairs, planning, and policy in this regard is of great importance. Accordingly, in the present study, the author, referring to the teachings and experiences of UNICEF, attempts to answer the question of how much the policy of adolescents and youth affairs in the Ministry of Sports and Youth in cooperation with UNICEF Iran is consistent with the teachings of UNICEF of the UN. On the other hand, if there is no compliance and no results are achieved, he will provide a solution for the effectiveness of the cooperation between UNICEF Iran and the Ministry of Sports and Youth. The hypothesis presented in the present study is the effectiveness of policy in the cooperation between the Ministry of Sports and Youth and UNICEF. For example, the National Youth and Youth Empowerment and Welfare Plan is the dependent variable in the upcoming research on youth and youth policy, and UNICEF's teachings in the fields of (empowerment, entrepreneurship, setting up and developing youth and youth homes) on the one hand, and on the other hand, the Ministry of Sports and Youth are considered as independent variables. The research method in this article is a descriptive-analytical method and was written using library resources and information obtained from the author's field presence in the International Affairs Office of the Ministry of Sports and Youth.
