Abstract

The ultimate goal of every nation is to promote human development. The development of the youth population, which is the focus of human development in every country, requires the simultaneous of youth development and population youth. Given the cost of youth development and the limited financial resources and the large amount of time spent on youth development programs by families, it seems that youth development has a negative impact on population youth. The aim of this article is to test this hypothesis and search for policies that bring about youth population development.

For this purpose, data extracted from global reports on youth development variables and population youth among countries in the world, the multivariate regression analysis method have been used. The findings of empirical analyses show that among the components of youth development, only the negative effect of "youth education" on "fertility rate" can be confirmed; according to which, under normal conditions, if the "youth education" score in a country increases by an average of 0.1 points, the total fertility rate in that country will decrease by 0.57 points will decrease by 1.7 points.

From the above findings, it can be concluded that for the development of the young population, which requires the simultaneous improvement of youth development and youth of the population, it is necessary to improve the education ecosystems that are part of the youth population development ecosystem. A suitable strategy for this purpose is strategic learning from the best youth population development ecosystems in the world.
