Abstract
The aim of the present study was to identify the components of sports spectators' rights.. The research participants were managers of sports organizations, professors of sports management, professors of sports law, and specialists and experts in the field of sports law. The criterion for determining the number of samples was theoretical saturation of the findings. The sampling method was snowball and finally 17 people were interviewed. To analyze the data, the coding method was used in three stages: initial coding, subthemes, and themes, which has an inductive approach and an interpretive paradigm. The rights of sports spectators in various fields, including the media, the governance system, and equality and the development of justice in both financial and gender fields and other welfare facilities, have fundamental challenges, and this issue requires special attention from the governing government and media system. Views and practices must be opened up, and first of all, gender equality and equality must be created for spectators. This factor is not possible except through government culture and long-term planning. After solving this issue, it is necessary to equip the resources and facilities of stadiums for the welfare of spectators, and also to consider a system of monitoring and scrutinizing the media to prevent the violation of the rights of sports spectators.
