The aim of this study was to investigate the social factors related to the priority of youth value systems, studied: 15-29 years old youth in Ardabil in 1399. In this study, what is considered is the need to give importance to the value priorities of young people. This research was conducted by survey method and in order to improve the validity of the questionnaire measures of face validity and reliability by using Cronbach's alpha coefficient which was higher than 0.70 for all variables. The statistical population of the study includes all young people aged 15-29 in Ardabil, the number of whom was 193826 (95822 boys and 98004 girls) according to the registration statistics of Ardabil, of which 598 people were selected by cluster sampling using Cochran's formula. Several stages were selected as the sample. To analyze the data using two methods of descriptive and inferential statistics and using SPSS software after preparing the matrix table, the information was organized in the form of one-dimensional and two-dimensional tables. Findings showed that there is a significant relationship between the independent variables of mass media use, religiosity, social networks, social capital, cultural capital, economic capital and relationship with reference groups with the dependent variable of value priorities. These results have implications for use in the choice of value systems by young people.Keywords: Value priorities, social networks and cultural capital.

The present study seeks to describe the experience and understanding of suicidal ideation and the emerging world in soldiers. This research is a qualitative study with a phenomenological approach. The target population of soldiers was serving in 2020, which was done by targeted sampling and snowball sampling due to military sensitivity, and the name of the special barracks was avoided. After interviewing 8 soldiers, the answers of the people were saturated. Data collection was performed using semi-structured interviews, which used continuous conflict, continuous observation, and progressive mentality in the interview to assess the validity and reliability of qualitative data. In the analysis stages, we reached 2 main categories and 7 sub-categories. The categories of purpose and motivation, fear, loneliness and separation from the family were subordinated to the main category of individual level. The categories of sense of compulsion, humiliation, mismatch of status, lack of financial and emotional support were included in the main categories of the level of action. The results showed that there are conditions and issues in military service that initially give rise to suicidal ideation and the continuation of these issues leads to suicide attempts. Studies show that some things are unlikely to change, but things like problem-solving skills training, changing the way laws are enforced, localizing soldiers' admissions, and finally changing attitudes toward soldiers can reduce the suicidal ideation that is a prerequisite for suicide.

The purpose of this study is to investigate some social factors affecting the tendency of young people in Ahvaz to consume alcohol. The sample size was estimated based on Cochran's formula of 383 people and multi-stage cluster sampling method was used to select them. A questionnaire was used to collect data from this study. SPSS23 software was used for data analysis. Pearson correlation coefficient was used to investigate the relationship between independent variables and the tendency variable to consume alcohol and regression analysis was used to examine the effect of each variable on the variable of tendency to consume alcohol. The results of Pearson correlation test showed that there was a direct relationship between the variables of Western media use (r = 0.364), companionship with friends and peers (r = 0.319) and social isolation (r = 0.198) with the variables of tendency to alcohol consumption. And there is meaning. Also, the results of Pearson correlation coefficient showed that the variable of religiosity (r = -0.409) has a significant inverse effect on the variable of tendency to alcohol consumption and there is no significant relationship between age and tendency to alcohol consumption. The results of regression analysis also showed that the variable of religiosity (Beta = 0.324) has the most effect on the variable of tendency to alcohol consumption and the variable of social isolation (Beta = 0.188) has the least effect on the variable of tendency to consume alcohol. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between social capital and the commission of violent behaviors among young people. The statistical population is the youth of 18 to 30 years old in Ilam city. The sample size was determined to be 520 people using Sample Power software. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and statistical tests using spss22 software. Findings show that there is a significant and inverse relationship between social capital and violent behaviors of young people (0.419). There is also a significant and inverse relationship between social control (0.453) and social support (0.198) with violent behaviors of young people. The path analysis model shows that social capital, in addition to having a direct effect on the perpetration of violence indirectly through the intermediate variables of social control and social support, also has an inverse effect on the variable of violent behaviors. Findings from multivariate regression analysis show that independent variables explain 22% of the variance of violent youth behaviors. Violent behaviors of young people can be attributed to the reduction of social capital in society. As much as there is a sense of social support and social control among individuals, social capital increases and will have a deterrent effect on the spread of violent behaviors in society. Thus, social capital is a very important factor in combating violent behaviors among young people in contemporary societies.

The aim of this study was to design a model for promoting tax culture in Iranian athletes and professional coaches with an ISM approach. The research was performed by quantitative and qualitative mixed methods and in the framework of descriptive-survey research. The statistical population in the quantitative section was all athletes and coaches working in Iran's professional leagues, and 368 people were selected by stratified random sampling method based on Cochran's formula and 12 experts were in the qualitative section. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire that was validated by exploratory factor validation and validation of its validity and reliability. The ISM method was used to design the model. The results showed that 19 factors were effective in promoting the tax culture of Iranian coaches and professional athletes, and these factors were at six levels. The transparency factors in tax laws and the mechanized implementation of tax affairs at the infrastructural level and the factors for submitting tax returns and announcing the start of economic activity by taxpayers were at the first level of the model. It can be said that focusing on clarifying tax laws and modernizing the tax collection system, while influencing the creation of higher model and effective factors in tax collection, will lead to the development of tax culture and timely announcement of the start of activity and submission of tax returns and hidden It will reduce tax evasion.

The overall purpose of this study was to investigate the design of a communication model of conflict management styles with the success of athletes in national teams of the Deaf Federation of Iran.The statistical population of the present study consisted of all athletes of the national teams of the Deaf Sports of Iran ,whose number is 220 athletes, and the statistical sample of the study consisted of 150 athletes sent to foreign competitions. In this study were used Robbins Conflict Management Questionnaire (1998) and success of athletes Questionnaire (SSS) used by Mousavi and Vaez mousavi (2015). To analyze the data and prioritize and determine the dominant style of conflict management, Friedman test and to determine the relationship between variables and the impact of each index and variable on other variables while using software (SPSS), the coefficient of significance and effectiveness of software (Smart PLS) was used. Also, software(Smart PLS) was used to design and fit the communication model. The results showed that the coaches of the national teams for the deaf use the non-confrontational style more to manage conflicts and the control style has the least use. Among the dimensions of athletes' success, the dimensions of commitment(5/10) and technique(5/00) had the highest average and after progress(4/29) had the lowest average. There was a positive and significant relationship with the success of athletes (t=3/44، f=0/32 (and no positive and significant relationship was observed between the strategies of non-confrontation (t = 0/02) and control (t = 0/35) with the success of athletes.

Given the importance of voluntary sports services and its declining trend, strengthening the motivation of volunteer manpower is one of the key trends in the development of this issue in society because volunteer sources are an important set of human resources in sports organizations. Therefore, the aim of this study is to identify the factors affecting the motivation of voluntary public sports services and local sports events using causal layer analysis. For this goal, after reviewing the research literature, in the first step, with the CLA method, these effective factors were examined at four levels and based on this, the questionnaire was prepared and distributed. According to the research findings, the internal factors affecting the motivation of voluntary services are: creating inner peace, the need to gain friendship, religious beliefs, growth and meeting the need for success, and having a more favorable mental and physical condition; External factors were prioritized: organizational behavior, media and propaganda, incentives, participation and teamwork, and the role of government and parliament, respectively. Also, in general, the effect of external factors was more than internal factors. According to the research findings, in order to better implement voluntary sports services in the future, organizations should pay special attention to external factors affecting the motivation of voluntary services such as incentives, organizational behavior, etc.

Objective: Since the recognition of regional differences and the study of the structures and factors affecting sport in order to achieve sustainable development is inevitable, the aim of the present study was to analyze the strategic territorial analysis of human resources in the sport of Fars province.Methodology: The statistical population of the research was experts in sport in Fars province. Sampling was done using two theoretical sampling methods and snowball to reach the theoretical saturation (50 people). The research tool was a researcher checklist in which respondents were asked to list the current status of sports human resources, while using the GIS, a descriptive-analytical model was presented and part of the information the results obtained in the ArcGIS software environment were analyzed and evaluated.Results: The overall result of Fars province human resources research studies showed that there is an uncompetitive distribution of sports human resources infrastructure in the sport area of Fars province.Conclusion: In general, it can be admitted that creating and deepening a survey approach to balancing the factors of the event, improving the coordination of the sports activities of the organizations can be considered as the most important strategies in the sport sector of the province.

Abstract:The aim of this study was to provide a framework on analysis and planning on development of sport participation for veterans,disabilities,deaf,and blind.Research methods in terms of type was qualitative, in goal was applications,in strategy was process and it was case study(for veterans and disability sports).Statistical Society consists of two parts,expert human society(N=22)and Community documents and information (41 documents). Research tools was include interview and a questionnaire that done in three methods:library study, interview,and Delphi technique.The validity of the tools was evaluated on the basis of determining the validity of the resources and the respondents,the content and formalism of the narrative,the framework of the interview, and calculation of the coefficients of agreement between the criminals. The conceptual coding and the analysis of the conceptual-systemic methods were used to analysis the findings. The findings show that the Veteran and disability sports development framework can be analyzed at three levels of roles,structure and performance.The main roles are personal,family,environment,sports and management. Strategic analysis was included analysis axes, challenges, aapproaches, and division of labor between organizations.Challenges and solutions have been framed in four sections:Facilities and Services,Management and Executive,Communication and Information,Education and Culture Making.Based on the findings,it can be said that the framework of veteran and disability sports development has a complex structure and,given the many challenges,multiple roles and different levels,it is necessary to adopt strategies intelligently and apply effective strategies based on an organizational division of labor.Key words: Strategic analysis and planning, sports development, sports participation, veteran and disability sports.

The present study has aimed to determine the intermediary role of the social capital in the cooperative work effect on the psychological empowerment of the Iranian Ministry of Sports and Youth. The statistical society of this study involves 831 people as the entire staff of the Ministry of Sports and Youth. Thesample group under the study includesrandomly selected 250 people using Morgan's table procedure. A standard questionnaire was used for measuring variables that its validity was confirmed by 8 physical education specialists in the field of sports management and its reliability was obtained in a preliminary study using Cronbach's alpha test more than 0.7. The partial least squares structural equation model (PLS-EM) is employed in order to analyze the variables. The relationship between the effective cooperation and the social capital seem to have a positive and direct impact on the psychological empowerment of the staff of the Ministry of Sport and Youth. Also، the research results indicate that the social capital can affect the psychological empowerment indirectly. Based on the findings، the Ministry of Sports and Youth Management is recommended to focus on each aspect of the psychological capital through staff participation in organizational decisions،the increase of social cohesion and social capital in the organization and the amount of capital in order toenhance the organization's psychological well-being as well as performance in the organization

پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه مدل توسعه روابط بین الملل از طریق ورزش انجام شد. روش پژوهش حاضر کیفی و از نوع اکتشافی بود. جامعه آماری روسای فدراسیونهای المپیکی، سیاستمداران و صاحبنظران و خبرگان علمی که در امور بین الملل فعالیت داشته اند بود و جهت نمونهگیری برای انجام مصاحبههای عمیق از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند استفاده شد و نمونهگیری تا جایی تداوم یافت که پژوهش به اشباع نظری و کفایت رسید (19 نفر). سؤالات این مصاحبه به صورت باز و کلی و بر مبنای اهداف تحقیق تعیین شد در این تحقیق برای اندازهگیری روایی و پایایی ابزار تحقیق از معیارهای «گوبا» و «لینکلن» استفاده شد. ابزار اندازهگیری مصاحبه باز بود و بر مبنای سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی تحلیل شد. لازم به ذکر است این تحلیل با کمک نرمافزار MAXQDA نسخه 2020 انجام شد. نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد که تعداد مفهوم های مستخرج برابر با 109 کد بود که در زیرمجموعه 18 مولفه قرار گرفتند که در نهایت زیرشاخه های مدل داده بنیاد با رویکرد استراوس و کوربین را تشکیل داده و که الگوی بدست آمده با شکل اصلی الگوی پارادایمی استراوس و کوربین تطابق دارد.

The purpose of this study was to identify the factors affecting the implementation of sports marketing in the clubs of the Iranian Premier League with the exploratory blend approach. The statistical population of the study consisted of sports management professors, managers and marketers of football clubs, members of the football federation marketing committee and students of sport management doctors. Structural equation modeling was used to analyze the data in a quantity section. To collect data in a quantity section were used theoretical sampling and in-depth interview with the elite by 17 people. In the quantitative part, 244 questionnaires were collected and analyzed by a questionnaire drawn from the qualitative section and its distribution among the research samples. The face and content validity of the questionnaire of 49 questionnaires was confirmed by the views of the professors as well as the convergent and divergent validity and the reliability of the questionnaire using Cronbach's alpha and combined reliability. A total of 381 primary codes were obtained. These codes are categorized into 14 groups of codiminders and 3 groups of selected including individual factors, organizational factors, and outsourcing factors. The path coefficient between sport marketing implementation and individual, organizational and external factors was 0.476, 0.445 and 0.336, respectively. According to the value of index (GOF=0.282) in the study of general fitness, the model of measurement has a good quality.The results of this study can be used by Iranian Football League clubs to plan for implementation. Favorable marketing leads.

The aim of this study was to identify and understand the stigma phenomenon of disgrace in the sports community for the disabled with a qualitative approach based on the method of basic theory and tries to provide a paradigmatic model of the hot concept based on mental perceptions and interpretations of this concept in the athlete community Provide Iranian disability . Participants in this study are 65 disabled athletes from Paralympic teams who have been selected in person and voluntarily using theoretical and judgmental sampling methods. Using open and semi-structured interviews, the research data were collected based on the three axes of the question (what and why and how). A set of initial themes was retrieved during the coding process and categories were extracted from them. Then, in the central coding stage, the link between the categories under the headings of causal conditions, pivotal phenomenon, strategic category, contextual conditions, intermediate category and consequential category was adjusted in the form of Corbyn Stern's paradigm model. The results of the study were 6 main categories and 39 sub-categories and in the selection coding stage, the components of the coding coding paradigm were described, and the theory was created . Findings show how stigma as a social construct plays a role in the norms of the sports community and social exclusion in these people and preventing their active participation in social-sports arenas.

The aim of this study was to investigate the pathology of waqf and charity culture development in sport from the perspective of sports managers and charities in Golestan province. This study was mixed method. The population in the qualitative section was consist of sport and youth departments heads, heads of active sports clubs and members of the Provincial Benevolent society that selected by targeted and snowball sampling (n = 15). Data Collection tools was interviews. The statistical population in the quantitative section includes the directors and experts of provincial sports and youth departments, directors of sport counsils, heads of sport clubs and members of the benevolent council of the province (n = 274). Data analysis was done through using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics with Spss20 software. According to the results, seven effective obstlacts on lack of Waqf and Charity culture Development in sport were: social, motivational, religious, economic, structural-managerial, scientific-educational, and legal. According to the findings, the relevant authorities can provide motivational solutions and didactic classes to recognize the importance of Waqf and charity development in sports, as well as eliminate structural and managerial problems to increase the participation of donors and endowments in the province to help sports.

The present study was conducted with the aim of organizing the organizational pathology of the rules of the establishment of sports spaces (Article Five Commission of the Ministry of Sports and Youth). The method of this research was qualitative research with grounded theory approach. Theoretical saturation was achieved after 15 deep and semi-structured interviews managers of sport and youth departments and clubs and university professors. Categories were identified after completing the process of coding and data abstraction. Purposive and snowball sampling was done until theoretical saturation. To evaluate the face and content validity, findings were presented to interviewers and after studying theory, their ideas were applied. The method used to evaluate the reliability was the retest reliability method. The average level of internal agreement was reported to be 0.80.Data analysis in three steps: open, axial and selective coding was achieved by using MAXQDA software. The results of this study showed that the causal conditions: external factors (economic, socio-cultural and political), internal factors (human, marketing, strategic, technology, financial management), contextual condition (understanding organizational goals, organizational structure, communication organizational, organizational leadership, rewarding system, useful mechanisms and attitude towards change), intermediary factors (environmental, organizational and managerial), strategies (production, marketing, economic, political, legal and knowledge), and outcomes (economic, service, social, marketing, financial, human, brand and brand). As a result, managers can improve the process of establishing sports venues in the country, due to the refinement and improvement of some processes and conditions and play a significant role in the employment of sports applicants.

The aim of this research was to investigate the effects of statutory clauses (clauses 27 and 88) on the executive performance of sports boards of Isfahan province. The type of research method is descriptive analytical method and an application approach in terms of its purpose, which is implemented in the field way. The statistical community contains all managers and experts of sport and youth offices of Isfahan province, which included 55 offices and 829 employees. To determine the statistic sample, 267 employees are randomly chosen using the Krejcie and Morgan table through stratified. The research tools are a researcher-made questionnaire. The content validity of the research was confirmed by a survey of professors and experts (about 10 persons), while the research content and literature were carefully investigated. Moreover, its reliability is measured using Cronbach's alpha test (0.94). Descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (exploratory factor analysis and the second order confirmation factor analysis) are utilized to analyze the data. The analysis in this study is also carried out by SPSS software, version 22, and Lisrel software. With regard to the importance of privatization and the emphasis statutory clauses (27 and 88) on this issue, the results of this study indicate that the privatization the sport in various dimensions has a variety of positive effects on the society. Its most important effects on the executive performance of board and sports infrastructure of Isfahan province can be mentioned to socio-economic effects (0.9), dynamic performance and organizational agility (0.89), decentralization (0.86), customers satisfaction (0.82), employment (0.78), and competition increasing (0.67). ]n order to further improvement on the privatization effects, a comprehensive cooperation of the public section is proposed, based on which any administrative and financial deterrents from the development of the private section and the promotion of culture are removed. Of course, managers should be aware of the limitations and threats, such as financial corruption, inefficiencies, etc., in the provision of services to the private section.

Evidence suggests that in recent years football has been recognized as a promising discipline, so managers face challenges due to the lack of a comprehensive plan for professional football and human resource development in this area. The purpose of this research is to identify the factors influencing the design of a comprehensive professional curriculum in Iran. This research is a applied research method and is based on qualitative method using grounded theory. The purpose of this study was to identify the factors influencing the design of a professional football model. In order to identify the main factors, first, using the library studies and studying related articles, the main points were clarified, then the main factors were identified using the interviews. The statistical population of the study consisted of 7 instructors, 7 referees and 16 players. Participants were selected to identify and extract a range of information about the professional experience in football. They were selected by non-randomized snowball method and interviewed individually at the workplace. The number of individuals selected was based on theoretical saturation, and the person 21 was treated with repetitive cases and interviews were conducted by 30 people in order to ensure that the interview findings were continued. Data were then analyzed using open coding, axial coding and selective coding. Finally, there are 7 categories (organizational factors, government factors, individual factors, behavioral factors, motivational factors, relationships among human resources, outcomes), 12 concepts (facilities and facilities, human resources, financial structure, planning and management, the role of government Role of the family, individual role, personality attitudes, course acquisition, motivation during the course, interpersonal relationships, negative outcomes, positive outcomes) were found to be important factors in providing a comprehensive professional football model. It is suggested that the factors selected should be considered in order to design the professional model of football, and the authorities should take steps to improve the status of human resources and career conditions.

The importance of women''''''''''''''''s sports and the development of their participations in national and international events, attention to sports marketing as the most important tools in attracting sponsors seems necessary. The purpose of this study was to identify barriers to professional sport marketing in Iranian women athletes. The applied research was carried out using qualitative method based on Grounded theory. Semi-structured interview was used to collect the data. The statistical population of the study consisted of sport’s managers and sport’s experts in Iran. Sample size in this approach during research is determined in which 14 interviews were conducted. For the three steps of encoding and analyzing the data, Max Q da Pro 12.3 software was used. 100 open cods and 11 axial codes were identified. At the end, 6 categories of barriers were named; social- cultural barriers, governmental thought, Legal-law and customary barriers, Administrative and organizational barriers, media and the weakness in the marketing system leads to sport. The finding suggested that it is necessary to use modern marketing strategies in sport federations that are appropriate to Iranian women''''''''''''''''s professional sport environment.

Abstract:The purpose of this study was designing the IRAN Youth and Sports Ministry and National Olympic Committee Strategic Plan in Championship sport. In this article, Vision, key performance Areas, SWOT and strategic position in the IRAN Championship sport at the 2024 Olympic will be expressed. In this research, Russian, United Kingdom plan, USA, China and New Zealand sport strategic plan was analyzed to compare with IRAN sport strategic plan. IRAN Champion IRAN Championship sport ship sport has 9 strengths, 16 weakness, 10 opportunities and 10 threats. Data collected from document and 174 samples.To collect information from questionnaires, a questionnaire (after validation and reliability) and group discussion sessions were used.External factors matrix of IRAN Championship sport showed that total scores of matrix are 1.476. Which indicates that the IRAN has not good position in opportunities and the control of threats? Internal factor Matrix of IRAN Championship sport showed that total scores of matrix are 1.723.Which indicates that the IRAN Championship sport has not good position to use strengths and the eliminate of weaknesses . Also the results of internal and external matrix indicate the IRAN Championship sport strategic position is WT, in other words: weaknesses dominate strengths and Ministry of Sports and Youth and the National Olympic Committee unable to use opportunities and eliminate threats. The result suggests defensive strategy for the IRAN Championship sport to achieve goals. IRAN Youth and Sports Ministry and National Olympic Committee must Use the opportunities and changing WT strategic Posisition to ST to achieve 8th rank in the 2024 Olympic.

The study is to investigate the role of the suggestion system in the level of transparency and organizational development of the Sports and Youth Department in Alborz Province. The research method was descriptive and correlation type. The statistical population was consisted of all employees of the Department of Sports and Youth in Alborz Province (160 people). Based on the sampling method, all the population were selected as the sample. In order to collect the data, Jamshidi “organization development questionnaire” (2007), Roulen's “organizational transparency” (2008) and Sohrabi's proposal system (1392) were used. Descriptive statistics were used for data classification and statistical deduction. Pearson tests were used in SPSS software and modeling structures in AMOS software.The results showed that there is a significant positive relationship between the suggestion system with the organizational transparency and organizational development and between the organizational transparency with the organizational development. It was also observed that organizational transparency is of a mediator role in the relationship between the suggestion system and organizational development. According to the results, the implementation and deployment of an effective and efficient system and the location of the information and data are required by the employees in order to form useful organizational ideas and suggestions can lead to continuous growth and achievement of organizational development.
