The purpose of the current research is to study the future of investment and financing in the country's sports tourism industry. The type of research is applied and analytical-exploratory in nature. The statistical population includes experts in the country's sports tourism industry, including professors of sports management who had conducted research in the field of sports tourism and investment in sports (at least two researches), as well as managers working in the field of selected sports tourism (such as managers of sports events , managers of sports tourism tours, managers of tourism agencies, managers of hotels and managers of sports clubs) who had master's and doctoral degrees. The number of these people was 32. In the end, 30 questionnaires were returned. To analyze the data, the combined methods of the expert panel and cross-sectional effects were used. Managerial-systemic, infrastructure, legal, cultural-communication and political and economic factors are the most important factors of the investment and financing model in the country's sports tourism industry, and the final research model is based on the influence of managerial-systemic factors on cultural - It is communicative and ultimately legal. The results of this research can provide the basis for proper planning to attract investment and finance for the development of the country's sports tourism industry.

The purpose of this study was to design an interpretive structural model of the most important strategies for developing media literacy of professional athletes in order to improve professional ethics. The present study was a field research in terms of applied purpose and in terms of data collection. Considering the main purpose, the research method was a mixture of qualitative (theme analysis method) and quantitative (modeling). The statistical population in this study in both qualitative and quantitative sections, including university professors, coaches, judges, journalists, spectators and professional athletes. Using purposive sampling method and theoretical saturation technique, the key informants included 23 people with whom semi-structured interviews were conducted (with focus groups) and the components and the most important strategies for developing media literacy. Professional athletes were identified to improve professional ethics, then interpretive structural modeling was used as one of the consensus methods, MaxQDA Pro software was used to analyze the interviews. SPSS software was used to describe the demographic characteristics and MicMac software was used to design the model.The results showed that education and culture building in the dependent area, introduction of superior models, encouragement of developed athletes, monitoring of athletes, use One of the media consultants is in the link area and the budget allocation is in the independent area, and the most important factor is culture building.
