Athlete migration is one of the major challenges facing developing countries, including Iran, which is influenced by complex economic, social, and sports-related factors. The aim of this study is to provide a typology of these migrations. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach and thematic analysis, and data were collected through semi-structured interviews, documents, and published reports. The findings of the study revealed that two main factors influence the migration decisions of Iranian athletes: (1) social network relations, and (2) the perception of socio-economic instability. From the intersection of these two factors and the analyzed codes, five types of migration were identified: temporary migration, migration based on dependency and cultural ties, migration for career development, migration driven by livelihood challenges, and migration with the intention of seeking asylum. The results indicate that managing this phenomenon requires supportive policymaking, improvement of economic conditions, and the creation of professional opportunities. This study can assist sports managers and policymakers in designing effective strategies.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the necessity of creating good sports governance based on thematic analysis approach. This study was conducted in terms of qualitative data type, thematic analysis method, and King and Harwicks procedure. Therefore, the population under study was domestic and foreign published articles that were published in domestic and foreign scientific journals and conferences. The unit of analysis was 18 articles, selected based on the scale of accuracy, originality, and novelty of the research. The qualitative analysis software Max Quda was used to analyze the data. Based on the analysis, 37 codes were obtained, which were organized into four interpretive codes: opportunities for using good sports governance, threats for not using good sports governance, strengths for using good sports governance, and weaknesses for not using good sports governance. According to the results obtained, it is suggested that sports authorities define precise evaluation indicators specific to each organization in order to implement good sports governance, design efficient models based on the organization's internal and external conditions, and strengthen supervision of sports institutions. It is suggested that sports policymakers and managers, using successful global models, develop a transparent and systematic framework for sports governance to help improve the performance of sports organizations and increase their efficiency.

Technological advancements, particularly artificial intelligence (AI), are fundamentally transforming all aspects of wrestling. This study employed a contextual approach to model the enabling factors of software infrastructure for Iranian wrestling. As an applied qualitative research utilizing constructivist grounded theory, the study adopted an exploratory data collection methodology. Semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted with key wrestling stakeholders including administrators, academic experts, coaches, referees, and active wrestlers. While non-random purposive sampling continued until theoretical saturation was achieved after 15 interviews, demonstrating 0.77 inter-rater reliability.Data analysis was performed using MAXQDA 2020 software through three-stage constant comparative coding (open, axial, and selective). Initial open coding of wrestling software infrastructure transcripts yielded 387 concepts, subsequently refined to 85 core concepts through consolidation. The emergent model identified: causal factors (management/planning systems and competition efficiency), contextual factors (digital platform development and scientific infrastructure), strategic factors (informatics systems and AI analytics), and intervening factors (financial constraints), ultimately leading to propaganda-related outcomes.Based on the research findings, it appears that establishing an Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence Committee within the Wrestling Federation, utilizing AI algorithms to evaluate techniques, leveraging biomechanical and psychological data to identify top talents, and training managers, coaches, and referees in the use of digital tools could bring about a practical transformation in Iranian wrestling

The aim of this study was to present an interpretive structural model of the factors influencing the branding of national team athletes. The research method employed was mixed-methods. The study's population consisted of experts in the field (including branding consultants, branding practitioners, branding experts, and university professors specializing in sports marketing and branding). The selection criterion for the experts in the qualitative section was theoretical saturation, and 19 individuals were selected using purposive sampling and the snowball strategy. These identified individuals were then used for the interpretive structural analysis in the quantitative section. Data collection tools included semi-structured interviews in the qualitative section and a 13×13 square matrix in the quantitative section. To ensure validity and reliability of the results, strategies such as credibility, transferability, confirmability, process audit study, and inter-coder agreement were employed. The qualitative data analysis was conducted in two stages: initial coding and focused coding, while the quantitative data analysis was performed using interpretive structural modeling (ISM) and MICMAC analysis. The findings revealed 13 determining factors related to the branding of national team athletes. Based on the interpretive structural analysis, the relationships between the factors were categorized into five levels, resulting in a hierarchical relational model. The results indicate that media attractiveness leads to the personal branding of national team athletes, and these athletes need to enhance their level of socialization through lower-level variables in the hierarchy before reaching this stage.

The purpose of this study was to design a model of drivers that are effective on the future of sports workers in Iran. This research is developmental-applicative in terms of its nature, mixed (qualitative-quantitative) with an exploratory-sequential design. The target population of the research was experts who were aware of the research topic. In order to conduct in-depth interviews and collect qualitative data from the targeted technique to the theoretical saturation stage, 17 people were selected as a sample, and to complete the questionnaires made by the quantitative researcher, a sample of 5 Person was suggested. The validity of the data of the qualitative part of the research was confirmed through continuous observation and review by a colleague, and the reliability of the data was estimated at 89% using the bicoder index method. The validity of the quantitative data was confirmed by using the Lavshe content validity ratio of 80% and their reliability with Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 86%. Based on the thematic analysis method based on the model of Braun and Clark (2006), the drivers affecting the future of sports-workers in Iran were identified and then modeling was done using structural-interpretive analysis (ISM). In the findings of the research, 112 primary concepts were identified in the form of 23 sub-themes and 15 main themes. These drivers were placed on the first level in the seven levels of the structural-interpretive model consisting of drivers of needs assessment, promotion of supervision and promotion of innovation, which had the least impact on other drivers, as well as information system drivers. And the development of interactions in the second level and the drivers of attitude change, social status, economic platforms and media attention were placed in the third level of the research model. Also, drivers of operational planning and financial resources were placed at the fourth level, and drivers of efficient management and infrastructure development were placed at the fifth level, and finally, cultural drivers were placed at the sixth level and planning. They were strategically placed at the seventh level of the model. Therefore, according to the role of workers in the development and improvement of the country, managers should use all available capacities to promote public and professional sports among the working class with comprehensive planning and infrastructure development.

The present study aimed to investigate the sociological pattern of sports habitus among the elderly in Tehran. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach and thematic analysis, and data were collected through semi-structured interviews. The statistical population included sports sociologists, senior managers of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, senior managers of the Tehran Municipality Sports Organization, and elderly individuals actively engaged in sports. Sampling was done using the snowball method until theoretical saturation was reached (18 participants). Data were analyzed using MAXQDA software, and the validity and reliability of the research were confirmed. For data analysis, open, axial, and selective coding was employed. Based on the analysis, three main categories (overarching themes) were identified: social capital, cultural capital, and physical capital. Within these three categories, nine organizing themes were extracted, including social interactions, elderly gatherings, social status, socialization, social support, social motivation, physical and bodily capital, the promotion of elderly sports culture, and knowledge and awareness of the elderly. Additionally, the study identified 45 basic themes, each of which represents different dimensions of sports habitus among the elderly. The findings indicate that the pattern of sports habitus among the elderly is shaped by social, cultural, and physical capital, and understanding these components can provide a framework for future research in the sociology of elderly sports. It is recommended that policymakers and sports managers implement initiatives such as establishing neighborhood-based sports groups to enhance social interactions among the elderly, developing sports facilities and equipping public centers with appropriate amenities, conducting educational and awareness programs in the media, supporting intergenerational sports programs to strengthen family relationships, and offering incentive policies such as discounts at sports centers for the elderly. These measures can facilitate increased participation in sports activities among the elderly and contribute to a healthier lifestyle for this demographic.

Then, in the level 1 coding, we reached 13 categories: "time of puberty experience", "importance of puberty event", "how to deal with puberty symptoms", "customs and customs of facing puberty", "mother's role in facing puberty", "consciously facing puberty", "semiconsciously facing puberty", "unconsciously facing puberty", "perception of women", "approach to one's own gender", "perception of marriage", "desire to marry" and "unwillingness to marry" and in the level 2 coding, we reached 5 main categories: "time of puberty event", "how to deal with puberty", "level of awareness of puberty", "perception of femininity" and approach to marriage. The results of the analysis of the findings show that the experience of puberty and the way of facing it play a role in the perception of femininity and sexual socialization of girls. Mothers are one of the main sources of education for girls during puberty. The experience of puberty and how it is dealt with varies across generations. Differences in the experience of puberty lead to differences in the understanding of femininity. This affects the way unmarried girls deal with marriage.

The aim of the present study is the relationship between primary maladaptive schemas and anxiety with the mediation of excitement-oriented coping style in young female non-professional athletes. The method of the present research is descriptive of the correlation type. The statistical population included young women (25-45 years old) newly arrived (non-professional athletes) to the sports clubs of Tehran city, 7 regions were randomly selected, and the applicants were selected by available sampling to fill out the questionnaires; In this way, 200 people with anxiety 16 and above (moderate) were selected as a sample according to Beck's anxiety questionnaire, and the research questionnaires were distributed among these people. According to Klein (2011), the number of 200 people is defensible in the structural equation method, for this purpose, among the 300 questionnaires that were distributed, the number of 200 questionnaires that were filled in completely and correctly were considered. The measurement tools of this research included 3 questionnaires: Beck's Anxiety Questionnaire (1988), Andler and Parker's Coping Styles Questionnaire (2011) and Young's Primary Maladaptive Schemas Questionnaire (2005). The obtained data were analyzed by Pearson correlation test and path analysis. The results of the analysis showed that the direct effect of primary maladaptive schemas and anxiety (0.51) was significant. The indirect effect of primary maladaptive schemas on anxiety through emotional coping style was also significant (0.27).
